Prishtina, 2 july - President Jahjaga thanked Mr. Yazdgerdi for the continued support of the United States for Kosovo and the realization of the Euro-Atlantic aspirations for the people of Kosovo.

President Jahjaga stressed that Kosovo remains unambiguous in its orientation to be a strong partner of the United States and proud with the partnership and joint achievements to date of this friendship.

Regarding the establishment of the Special Court, President Jahjaga stressed that she expects from the institutions of the country to find the way of fulfilling the international obligations, to respect the decision of the Assembly and the international agreements. 

President Jahjaga also assessed that the dialogue for the normalization of relations between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Serbia is important for resolving the issues between the two countries, but stressed that of particular importance is the implementation of the agreements reached so far.
